"Transfer not Allowed," Transfer Funds to My Downline for Admin CP Account

Post  mmmarva on Wed Aug 17, 2011 9:27 pm

I have funds in my CP account to be used for my "Down-line" members. How do I transfer my funds to my Down-line (aka referrals) members' CP accounts? When I try to "Transfer Funds" from my CP account to one of my Down-line member's CP Account I receive an Error Message after "submitting" the "Pop-up Message" states, "Not Allowed." These funds are needed for the Admin.'s CP Account.

What steps are you using for passing funds to additional members?

Make sure you are using the correct currency. If you have dollars in your CP fund, use dollars, if you have euros, be sure to use euros from the CURRENCY TAB

Also, write the sum correctly - 0.02 or 0.03. No dollar or euro sign, no commas, just the decimal point.

Insufficient funds

Post  m24 on Tue Aug 23, 2011 2:01 pm

I was sent 4 cents funding with a net of 3 cents. Thus 1 cent for fees. When I try to send F4F 0.02 (2 cents) from the account’s total 3 cents, notice comes up of insufficient funds. Seems that 2 cents should be allowed to transfer if the fee is 1 cent. ANY TRICKS? I will try again and see if the $ sign is present as it was suggested to remove the $ sign.

Thanks and appreciation,

There is no reason why 0.02 shouldn't go through.

Check the following before you send:

1. That you're sending euros, not cents in the Currency box

2. That you wrote it correctly, no euro sign, no commas - just like this: 0.02

3. Try sending the 0.03 euros you have.

Well my Lexiboy was a bit of a tramp, he was found wandering the streets of West Virginia with his sister Lucy. Then he was car-pooled all the way to New York and we saw him on a rescue site. It was love at first sight, though he wouldn't get into the car at first. He thought he was going on another long trip, lol.
