"Transer not Allowed" Transfer Funds to My Downline for Admin CP Account

Please Help, I have 0ver 50 referrals that need (EUR 1.00) each to give to Admin. The funds are in my account, nothing is working.

I was able to fund Admin from my account for myself. I tried to do it again for the members and it's not working.

Can you give me your every click, on what tab you are hitting in what order.

We only need to send 0.01 to Admin so I've been sending 0.04 to
be sure they have enough to pass on.

Instructions for sending CP to another CP account


Log in with your account number, password and word verification.

Next page, confirm your welcome message is correct.

Next page, click 'Account Login' at the bottom.

Next page, Enter your 'Cosmic Pin' and go to the next page
where you'll see your Account Page.

Just under the Cosmic Pay logo you should see choices of words to
click on.

Fill in CP number beginning with C (don't leave the letter "C" out)

Fill in the amount 0.02

Use your mouse for onscreen keyboard to input key number

Submit

(for e-mail to Admin, be sure to record the batch number correctly for
the transaction that has been sent to Admin.)

Did you select the correct currency in the drop down menue at the top?
USD is selected by default.
If you try to send Euro without changing the default it won't work
