One of my downlines only signed up with Org. and did not register at the biz. May I know if she will still be accepted to the program?

NO you had to be in .org .biz and PTM My suggestion would be to sign her up as a new member get their cosmic pay acct open and send all info to Admin and maker sure they put you down as their sponsor

I think it is best to follow the instructions for those who have
joined via the websites and include as much information as they
can.

It seems it would be easier for Admin to find them in the system.
