I understand that cosmic-pay is in Panama.........is this correct????

is this concidered a safe haven for investors??????

I have just been privey to a group of words that goes like this

(Private Wealth Society ) would this be cosmic -pay???


and finally has anyone

said to be head quartered in Panama with a customer sevice venue in Norway

just wondered if anyone had heard of them or has used them in the past or present.????
