anyone use Extremechange for transfer? Help with instructions

Hi, so my found money for this latest ...
is stuck in extremechanges limbo......https://www.extremexchange.com/
I have heard nothing from Extreme..except the link for why the delays &
problems with STP Twisted Evil

I was trying out the exchange order page
and not sure what the answers are to questions for changing.

Got the form going----
confused as to what the following requires.

SINCE THEY post they are not gonna help
if I do it wrong... pale

.......#1...AMOUNT:>? is this all the money in the account?
and do they take the fee out of this amount OR
the amount to transfer?

......#2...SOURCE AMOUNT:>Is this the total? transfer amount or ??

there is no instructions on website and since this had been one huge nightmare
thought I better get transferring order clear & accurate before i tried.

Still don't have the $$ confirmed but its gone from STP

If you have transferred things before please give me few pointers..

Hi "Kitty"...
The amount is to also INCLUDE any fees ( I usually add a little more to be sure).

The SOURCE ACCOUNT is your account that you are transferring the money from.

The DESTINATION ACCOUNT is your account that you want the money to go to.

For example... If you want to send $100.00 from SolidTrustPay to your LibertyReserve account it would look something like this...

From: Solid Trust Pay USD

To: Liberty Reserve USD

Amount: 110.00 (this amount includes the transfer fee plus "a little more")

Source: Put YOUR Solid Trust Pay account name here

Destination: Put YOUR Liberty Reserve account number here

I just wanted to say that I made an exchange request with extremexchanger and they completed my transfer in a few days.

If you are having problems, you should email them at extremexchange@gmail.com.

I sent them questions and they answered me promptly.

They were very courteous and responsive.

I sent 80.00 usd from STP on 1/3/12 and it got to my cosmic pay accout on the 1/6/12 in the amount of 51.20 euros.

I used the following steps to transfer money from STP to Cosmicpay:

1.Open the Extreme Exchange web site.

2.Pick a username and password (This allows you to track your transfer).

3.At the top of the page you’ll see “exchange e-currency.” Click on that and a box will pop up in a new screen.

4.Then click on the top drop-down arrow and select Solid Trust Pay USD and put in your amount.

5.Then click on the bottom drop-down arrow and select Cosmicpay Euro.

Make sure you wind up with at least 50 Euros...it’ll tell you right there. It cost me $80 USD from STP to exchange to 54.40 Euros in CP

6.Then submit your request and they’ll confirm your transaction.

Note: STP does NO transactions over the weekend. Once they approve it, it leaves your STP account and takes about two days to go through Extreme Exchange and arrive at CP.
